Senior International Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We offer our clients exceptional customer service and support. Our team works diligently to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

As a senior international customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in Ontario, Canada. You will work independently to resolve their queries, provide solutions to any issues, and offer the best of our services to them. Your communication skills should reflect a highly professional manner with an empathetic approach.

We are looking for a candidate who is a quick-thinking problem solver with the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate should be punctual, with great pride in professionalism, and possess excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.

The job requires a knack for organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also have a passion to serve and be looking to grow with a fun and fast-paced team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent business communications skills in English language for phone, chat, and email support.
  • A laptop/PC, headphone, a smart phone and reliable high speed internet connection and quiet workplace.
  • Candidates should be well versed with office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc. and ready to learn new tools if required.
Benefits:

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. You will be working from home and must be available to work on weekends. US shift timing is 9 hours between 5:30 pm to 9:00 am.

Recruitment Process:

The recruitment process includes India office interview, Head Quarter (Canada) office interview, trial for a week or two weeks depending on requirement, and more rounds of interview depending on requirements.
