Client Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
  • Prepare and update job descriptions and candidate briefs
  • Schedule and confirm candidate interviews
  • Maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases
  • Assist in creating client reports and documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates
