About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the execution of Solar Water Pump installations across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management: Building and managing a reliable network of Field Installation Partners, Installation Partners, and Commissioning Partners with clear agreements, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Project Execution: Ensuring seamless workflows – surveys, procurement, dispatch, installation, inspections, RMS integration, and claims submission – all within strict timelines.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Overseeing portal uploads, inspections, and penalty waiver processes while ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
  • Quality & Training: Driving training programs for partners and internal teams on installation quality, RMS integration, and farmer education (O&M, insurance, claims).
  • Team Leadership: Leading a state-spanning project team with structured daily/weekly/monthly reviews, adherence to SOPs, and strong accountability frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaising with government officials, farmers, installation partners, internal customers to resolve delays, escalate issues, and ensure approvals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying bottlenecks, refining SOPs, and implementing corrective/preventive measures to ensure smooth project delivery.
