Sales Service Development Executive

At Credvent Services Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Sales Service Development Executive to boost our sales by establishing strong relationships with current and potential clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring customer contact details, sourcing data, and documenting important conversation notes to facilitate follow-ups.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the ability to convince even the most challenging customers to purchase our offerings.
This includes studying service details, obtaining customer contact information, making sales calls, addressing client concerns, and communicating verbal acceptances of offers.
The successful candidate will also record all attempts to close sales and conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure closing.
We estimate that the salary range for this position is between ₹4.5 Lakh to ₹7.5 Lakh per annum, depending on location and experience.
In order to excel as a Sales Service Development Executive, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to switch your communication style quickly.
You will also require prior experience as a Sales Telecaller and completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
