    • Recruiting New Financial Advisors & Agency Associate Partners
    • Clearing IC33 exam and obtaining a new license for the company
    • Providing product knowledge and training to Financial Advisors
    • Training, motivating and mentoring the sales team
    • Ensuring fulfillment of budgetary expectations through effective management of sales teams

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate/Diploma holder/MBA can apply for this position
  • Prior sales experience is highly preferred
