Job Title: Placement OfficerAbout the Role

Finocontrol Consultancy Services is a leading provider of educational, advisory, consulting, and training services. Our team excels in financial modeling and analysis, aiding clients in achieving their financial objectives.

The role involves leading placement initiatives for trainees and ensuring strong industry absorption. Responsibilities include building partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters across various sectors and organizing campus drives, interviews, and placement events.

  • Drive placement initiatives for trainees and ensure industry absorption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, recruiters, and industry partners.
  • Organize campus drives, interviews, and placement days.
  • Maintain placement dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni records.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations.
  • Design proposals and partnership frameworks aligned with corporate needs.
  • Support client companies with consulting-driven HR and talent solutions.
  • Represent Finocontrol in networking events and conclaves.
  • Work with the sales/consulting team to identify B2B growth opportunities through corporate alliances.
  • Generate leads for executive education programs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between academic partners and corporate stakeholders.
  • Conduct pre-placement training sessions.
  • Connect trainees with mentors and alumni for career guidance.
  • Gather employer feedback to refine curriculum and placement preparation.
  • Weekly dashboards on placement numbers and corporate outreach pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel are also required.

Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and ability to meet deadlines are essential. Strong networking skills, ability to build relationships, and ability to communicate effectively are also necessary.
