We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of people operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment, including writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that improve morale and retention.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Overseeing performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience across all major HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
