We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition to take their career to the next level. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring seamless interview processes.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment or HR operations, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage candidate pipelines, from initial screening to final interview stages
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop targeted job descriptions
  • Ensure seamless interview processes, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations
  • Prior experience in hiring sales professionals (Business Development Associates) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition, and ATS platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
