Key Responsibilities

Culture & Engagement

  • Design and drive engagement strategies that promote creativity, innovation, and retention.
Performance Enablement
  • Partner with leaders to identify training needs, coaching opportunities, and career tracks.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that drive development and accountability.
Policy, Compliance & HR Ops
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while streamlining people operations and documentation.
  • Manage compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration in collaboration with the Finance team.
Employer Branding
  • Own the company's employer brand on platforms, showcasing our team, culture, and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build a strong reputation as a workplace of choice.
