Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources leader to drive our recruitment and selection process for Technical & Non-Technical positions in the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues effectively.
  • Manage HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, driving long-term performance through effective organizational design, talent, and succession.
  • Oversee the full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees until their exit from the organization.
  • Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Nurture a positive working environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Successfully onboard all levels of new hires.
  • Actively participate in the HR audit process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong people-oriented skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies through effective recruiting.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
