
Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a seasoned organizational leader, you will oversee HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and provide expert guidance to leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Manage various tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general administration matters.
- Oversee and manage high-level projects on behalf of executive teams.
- Develop and implement HR best practices, policies, and procedures across teams.
- Lead and build a professional HR organization.
- Manage company risk, governance, and compliance.
- Drive the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings across all HR domains.
- Provide proactive advice and guidance to leaders on HR processes and programs.
- Utilize data insights to inform talent strategy development and execution.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to internal HR stakeholders, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of business risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
- Manage vendor and customer contracts.
- Contribute to building and implementing systems for client retention.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate tasks.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 4 years of relevant work experience as an organizational leader.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations on business problems, projects, or initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights to influence stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
- Advanced experience enhancing programs or processes using business and organizational insights.
- Advanced experience managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
