Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the P&L for key business verticals; providing insights on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability levers.
  • Partnering with business, growth, and category teams to drive financial accountability and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales trends, marketing ROI, customer acquisition costs, and contribution margins.
  • Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for the business units.
  • Designing and tracking KPIs and dashboards to enable data-backed business decisions.
  • Driving cost optimization, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting strategic projects like new product launches, channel expansion, and pricing decisions.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams including supply chain, tech, and operations to ensure end-to-end financial visibility.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, MIS, and variance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 2-6 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and business performance management
  • Proven experience in partnering with business leaders and driving outcomes
  • Excellent Excel, financial modeling, and presentation skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
