Key Financial Analyst Role

About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned financial analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's financial strategy and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to drive informed decision-making.
  • Analyze complex financial data to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of financial plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive investor decks and financial narratives to showcase our company's value proposition.
  • Support preparation for IPO and related financial disclosures, roadshow presentations, and investor queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and compliance, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Analyze key business drivers, market trends, and operating metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop robust valuation models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, including M&A and new market entry.
  • Identify and implement financial process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) and MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role, preferably in a VC-funded or high-growth startup environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising, investor communications, and IPO processes.
