Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual budgets and forecasts that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial variances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across the organization.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Manage statutory compliance, including GST, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.

Treasury and Cash Flow Management

  • Oversee working capital management, fund flow, and banking relationships.
  • Monitor daily cash position and optimize fund usage.
  • Schedule collections, vendor payments, and credit control.

MIS and Business Support

  • Design and develop MIS dashboards and KPIs for leadership reviews.
  • Provide financial insights for pricing, expansion, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with business heads to align financial plans with operational goals.

Risk Management and Controls

  • Implement internal controls, SOPs, and compliance measures.
  • Manage legal finance, insurance, and asset-related matters.

Requirements

  • CA / MBA (Finance) or CMA degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Excel MIS reporting, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Industry Background

  • Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or multi-location businesses.
