Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
  • Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance functions to ensure financial integrity.
  • Drive cost optimisation, capital efficiency, and working capital management across manufacturing operations to enhance competitiveness.
  • Provide financial leadership for capital projects, plant expansions, and supply chain investments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and financial governance to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to executive leadership and the board to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support M&A activities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent financial qualification demonstrating expertise in financial management.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles in manufacturing, industrial, and automotive industries.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively navigate complex business environments.
