Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a seasoned professional in financial reporting and analysis, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's financial future.

Your expertise will help drive informed decision-making across senior management and stakeholders. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing comprehensive financial statements, ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.

You will conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on your analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will also monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
  • Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
Financial Controls and Risk Management:
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
  • Assess and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Review and improve internal control processes and systems.
  • Conduct regular internal audits.
Financial Compliance and Audit:
  • Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and IFC audits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and reporting standards.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Certificate in Accountancy (CA) is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing Consolidated and standalone financials using Excel.
  • Good theoretical and hands-on experience in INDAS.
  • Experience of working in both listed companies and new-age startups.
  • Thorough experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in a listed company.
  • Experience in both Tally and prominent ERPs (SAP/Oracle).
Desirable Skills:
  • CA with at least 7 years of experience in Fintech/New-age tech companies.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting & Controllership is a must.
  • Experience in managing Big 4 Statutory Auditors.
  • Skilled in Ind AS/IFRS & Treasury; knowledge of RBI & SEBI regulations.
  • Experience in managing working capital/Fund flow management is preferred.
