Finance leaders who can drive growth and profitability are in high demand. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly financial reports with insightful analysis and commentary to inform business decisions.
  • Present financial numbers and analytics to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders, showcasing your ability to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Analyze business trends, risks, and opportunities to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
Financial Management & Control
  • Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and governance practices are in place to mitigate risk and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital effectively to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure timely closure of accounting books on a monthly basis (both US and India) using Zoho Books or similar software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Consolidate books of accounts for the organization to present to internal and external stakeholders, providing transparency and accountability.
  • Timely and adequate provisions, accruals, and reconciliations, as required, to maintain accurate financial records.
Risk & Compliance
  • Monitor internal controls, legal compliance, and risk management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to local and global financial regulations and policies, maintaining a strong control environment.
  • Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and address any concerns.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their roles effectively.

Mandatory qualifications include a Chartered Accountant (CA, India) or CPA (US), minimum 5-7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including team management and reporting to senior leadership. Experience with Big 4 firms is highly preferred.
