Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team and contribute to driving business growth and profitability.

  • This role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to drive top-line and bottom-line results.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, with a deep understanding of business dynamics and subject matter expertise in finance. They should possess a Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years of financial support experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sku-Level Financial Planning: Build SKU-level P&Ls and financial forecasts for PRS and VMS categories
  • NPI Discussions: Drive NPI discussions for new launches with the Project team to bring value additions and efficiencies across P&L
  • Market Analysis: Proactively review external and competitor environment to identify P&L impacts and model scenarios
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a process of continuous improvement in business partnering which enhances the understanding of executive and senior management teams on key financial performance drivers and business performance issues
