Job Description:

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, managing capital, and driving financial performance.

This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models and forecasts, conducting scenario planning and profitability analysis to inform strategic decisions, monitoring key financial metrics, including unit economics, cash burn, and runway, and supporting equity and debt fundraising initiatives from Seed to Series C and beyond.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA degree is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in startups, venture-backed companies, or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, as well as an understanding of startup financial metrics, are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts.
  2. Conduct scenario planning and profitability analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Monitor key financial metrics, including unit economics, cash burn, and runway.
  4. Support equity and debt fundraising initiatives from Seed to Series C and beyond.
  5. Prepare investor materials, including pitch decks and financial projections.
  6. Manage relationships with venture capitalists, angel investors, and financial institutions.
  7. Optimize capital deployment across departments and projects.
  8. Implement cost control measures and identify areas for financial efficiency.
  9. Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for growth strategies.
  10. Track and report on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, MRR/ARR, churn, and cash flow.
  11. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
