Job Opportunity in HR Management


Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources including recruitment, training and development, attendance management, leave policies, payroll processing, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the Attendance System to ensure all employees are on time and accounted for during working hours.
• Develop and implement effective Leave Management policies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Handle the complete Recruitment Process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
• Design and conduct Training & Development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Participate in interviews and assist in evaluating candidates for different roles within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions preferably in the pharma/medical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
