Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist with a focus on the Manufacturing Industry to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in training and development, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in training and development to enhance employee skills and company performance. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong workforce planning ability to ensure optimal staffing levels with a strategic approach. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in organizational development to foster a productive culture within the company. (Mandatory skill)
  • Solid understanding of performance management principles and ability to implement effective systems.
  • Experience with succession planning to maintain leadership continuity within the organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR compliance to ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with management and employees to achieve business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and continuous employee feedback.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and address any concerns promptly.
  • Foster a positive working environment to promote employee engagement and organizational commitment.
