Job Description: HR Generalist

Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years

Note: No transportation facility provided – candidates must arrange their own commute.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and provide accurate payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
  • Address employee complaints and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in conducting performance appraisal cycles and tracking KRA/KPI submissions.
  • Ensure proper communication and implementation of HR policies across the school.
  • Manage employee records, HR files, documentation, and HRMS updates.
  • Support in planning and coordinating employee engagement programs and internal events.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge in payroll, recruitment, grievance handling, appraisals, and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
