A3 RCM Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions within our healthcare and medical coding operations. The role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to ensure a smooth and compliant workplace.

Role & responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and onboard candidates for medical coding, trainers, and other healthcare roles
  • Manage HR operations including attendance, payroll, and compliance
  • Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and performance management processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements
  • Utilize HRMS/ATS tools effectively for HR operations and reporting

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in healthcare or medical coding industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with HR software (HRMS, ATS)
  • Understanding of medical coding roles (HCC, E&M, CPT/ICD) is a plus
