Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist with a strong background in the manufacturing industry for a full-time position in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience and will be responsible for various HR functions at a mid-level position.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Payroll administration experience is required to ensure accurate and timely salary processing (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in overseeing the onboarding process to facilitate new hires' smooth transition within the company (Mandatory skill).
  • HR policy development expertise is essential for creating and refining company procedures and guidelines (Mandatory skill).
  • Employee relations skills to address and resolve workplace conflicts, fostering a harmonious work environment.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration to effectively manage employee benefits programs and associated inquiries.
  • Strong understanding of performance management to oversee evaluations and encourage employee development.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and management effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information and company data.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, documentation, and training facilitation.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies to meet organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Address employee relations issues and enhance workplace communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Oversee performance management processes, provide guidance, and support managers in conducting evaluations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and support recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintain organized employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
