Job Title: HR Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Experience Required: 5 - 8 years (preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry)

Zennara is a premier beauty and skin clinic offering cutting-edge dermatological and aesthetic treatments. We are committed to delivering exceptional client care and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our services. To support our growth, we are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR in our clinics based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and audit HR compliance documentation and statutory records.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitments.
  • Source candidates via portals, referrals, agencies, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and handle offers.
  • Organize seamless onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical).
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
  • Address employee grievances professionally and escalate as needed.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory acts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant HR generalist experience; prior experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of HR statutory compliance.
  • Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
