Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad

Experience: 4–5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, and support staff, ensuring quality hires as per school requirements.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance specific to school staff.
  • Support staff induction, orientation, and smooth onboarding of teachers and academic coordinators.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation as per school norms.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Coordinate teacher appraisals, performance reviews, and probation evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with CBSE/IB/School Board guidelines in HR processes where applicable.
  • Facilitate staff training programs, workshops, and professional development sessions.
  • Support school events, parent orientations, and staff deployment during academic and extracurricular activities.
  • Collaborate with Principal, Academic Heads, and Administrative teams for workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in the education/school sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and school HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality.

Note: Transportation will not be provided by the school; candidates must arrange their own commute.
