HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and more.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR – recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions.
  • Solid knowledge of Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, or similar) is a must.
  • Candidates with a Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Manage onboarding process and documentation.
  2. Payroll Processing: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Handle salary calculations, PF, ESI, deductions, reimbursements. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  3. Employee Relations & Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases. Handle attendance, leave management, and shift schedules. Address employee queries and grievances. Support employee engagement activities and events.
  4. HR Documentation & Compliance: Prepare HR policies, letters, appointment and relieving letters. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
