Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities, high resilience and adaptability in challenging sales situations, detail-oriented work ethic and organizational skills, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound customer contact via phone, email, and other electronic communication methods.
  • Effective management of objections to close sales and meet customer needs.
  • Making cold calls daily, engaging in meaningful business conversations to uncover gaps where our solutions can assist.
  • Developing customized solutions for customers, positioning services as essential resources for their operations.
  • Setting appointments or closing deals with customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 12th pass or Diploma candidates preferred; graduation is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
  • High resilience and adaptability in challenging sales situations.
  • Detail-oriented work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience in a call center or BPO environment is beneficial.
