
Sales Growth Specialist

Key Role:
This strategic position focuses on driving growth by boosting sales and developing strong merchant relationships for sustainable business expansion, while introducing new merchants to fuel overall company growth.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage effective sales distribution channels across designated territories
- Nurture and maintain excellent working relationships with current and potential merchants to create a sales-driven environment
- Onboard new merchants and expand presence in offline markets
- Train key merchants on payment solutions and showcase products
- Monitor competition and share insights with the leadership team
- Ensure brand visibility in assigned territories
- Develop strategy for recruitment and people management to drive high performance
- Establish standards for productivity, customer service, and quality of service
Educational Background:
- Graduate or MBA degree with a good academic record
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in relevant field
- Practical experience with merchant engagement, acquiring, and payment solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sales/customer service focus
- Results-oriented approach, focused, and driven
- Good understanding of merchant-facing roles and payment solution ecosystems
- Field sales experience with proven track records of increasing sales and revenue
- Exposure to start-up environments is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a bias for impact
- High ethics and discretion when dealing with customers
- Drive for results, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics
