About Sales Growth Opportunities

Our organization is focused on advancing in the global market for specialty chemicals. We are looking to expand our capabilities and build a sales growth team.

We need a professional with experience in sales or business development of flame retardant chemicals to lead this effort.

This role involves developing and executing a strategy to drive sales growth, pricing, and product positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for speciality flame retardant chemicals and ingredients used for Masterbatch manufacturing.
  • Identify potential customers across the plastics, textiles, construction, and electronics industries
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to product positioning
  • Drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and product positioning
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape
  • Ensure smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales or business development of Flame retardant chemicals
  • Strong technical understanding, market mapping, and customer engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
