About Our Role:
We are seeking a skilled travel professional to join our team as a Corporate Travel Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, management, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of travel planning, including flights, trains, hotels, cabs, and visas.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings.
- Liaise with travel agents, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely services.
- Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange as required.
- Track travel expenses and submit reports to the management.
- Ensure all travelers have necessary travel documents and itineraries.
- Provide assistance during emergency travel situations or last-minute changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in any field; a diploma in Travel and Tourism is an advantage.
- 4–6 years of experience in a corporate travel desk or travel agency.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage last-minute requests efficiently.
