Job Description:

Holiday Travel Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to coordinate holiday travel plans for high net worth clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop personalized holiday itineraries incorporating hotels, flights, activities, and local experiences based on client preferences and budget.
  • Manage hotel bookings, flight confirmations, activity arrangements, and other travel elements to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Oversee the entire holiday booking process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel itineraries.
  • Strong understanding of travel products and services (flights, hotels, activities, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer escalations professionally.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite.
