About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Design Consultant to join our team and assist clients in creating beautiful, functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers, offering a premium shopping experience.
  • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools.
  • Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
  • Passion for luxury furniture, home styling, and customer experience.
  • Frequent travel to the store location may be required.
