Job Title: Space Planner

We are seeking a talented and creative professional to join our team as a Space Planner. The ideal candidate will have exceptional spatial awareness skills, enabling them to design and layout various spaces based on client conversations.

The successful candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client to assess needs and adjust their approach accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop aesthetically pleasing space designs and layouts for various projects
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client objectives and desires through regular meetings
  • Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations (3D models, floor plans, and renderings) for clients
  • Produce quotes for clients and ensure adherence to workflow protocols
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and knowledge to remain relevant
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field with 2-3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong creative and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to execute
