About the Role:

  • As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable landscape designs for residential and commercial real estate projects. Your expertise in local municipal norms and environmental regulations will ensure compliance and successful project execution.
  • You will work closely with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to integrate project design and provide cohesive solutions.
  • Your leadership skills will oversee landscape design implementation at project sites, coordinating with contractors and vendors to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • You will review landscape BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to support design decisions.
  • Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.
  • Represent the landscape design team at meetings with stakeholders, ensuring that objectives are achieved.
  • You will deliver excellent project work within agreed deadlines and manage multiple projects Pan-India.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is key in this role, as you will coordinate with strategy, costing, projects, marketing, contracting, procurement, liaison, and facility/CRM teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable Institute.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with Landscape Consultancy and Developers in Real Estate or large-scale development projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and knowledge of other software like Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit will be an added advantage.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working on high-rise residential and commercial developments.
  • Knowledge of sustainable landscaping techniques and certifications (e.g., IGBC, LEED).
  • Passion for design innovation, environmental stewardship, and creating community-centric spaces.
