Senior SAP Cloud Architect

This role is focused on planning and designing customers' SAP landscapes using the latest SAP technologies offered by the RISE Platform. The platform provides options for customers to select their preferred hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP).

The Senior SAP Cloud Architect works closely with SAP sales and account executives to understand customer requirements and create a to-be landscape architecture/design based on SAP product/infrastructure selection.

Key responsibilities include discussing landscape architecture with customer leaders and technical teams, participating in meetings, answering technical queries and presenting assessments.

Excellent communication skills are required for this customer-facing role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Bill Of Material Review & Analysis:

  • Review technical accuracy of Bill Of Material to validate no obsolete version product (ECC etc.) is selected to build on SAP RISE platform.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Team on Bill Of Material to confirm if selected product and version is available to build.

Technical Validation of Customer Landscape:

  • Do technical validation of customer landscape to validate Product version build viability.
  • Analyze Early Watch Reports & Technical Data to validate hardware selection/sizing.

Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature:

  • Prepare Technical Assessments to discuss with Customer and explain about their to-be landscape.
  • Conduct Technical Assessments with customers.
  • Perform workshops with customer (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews).

Customer Deal Support – Post Signature:

  • Onboarding Questionnaire Support (assist customer with questions on onboarding).
  • Answer questions of customer relating to delivery.
  • Provide delivery with key information during sales cycle.
  • Provide turnover to delivery of key items during sales cycle.
  • Answer questions of delivery specific to the delivery.
