Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned travel security professional to join our team as a Travel Security Specialist. This role requires coordinating travel security and risk mitigation projects, identifying potential risks, and managing incidents effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating standard operating procedures to ensure the safety of our clients and their employees. They will also be required to communicate with various stakeholders, including teams, vendors, clients, and other relevant parties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee travel operations and risk mitigation projects
  • Communicate with teams, vendors, clients, and other relevant parties
  • Understand and follow established security protocols
  • Document missions and update work management software
  • Conduct situation briefings and participate in training sessions
  • Research and screen major events affecting client interests
  • Conduct after-action debriefs to identify best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:
