Primary HR Strategic Partner: Site Bidar

Job Description:
  • Strategic HR Implementation: Drive people practices and policy implementation at the site, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Implement corporate HR policies, develop site-specific procedures, and ensure compliance with Group standards and local labor laws.

Employee Life Cycle Management:
  • Manage employee life cycle, facilitate new hire onboarding, lead talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for plant staff.

Serve as an employee champion, address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Metrics & Data Analysis:
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Ensure the plant adheres to all employment laws and company policies and provide support in all site-specific audits from Human Resources.

Change Management:
  • Support leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR) degree, 15-20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
