About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can drive end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding. They should also be able to design employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance, excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups is a must.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with startup growth.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding.
- Design employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set up performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
- Manage HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Guide founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.
- Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.
- Provide strategic HR insights for scaling the workforce while maintaining startup agility.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 7–12 years' HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (requiring upto 10hr commitment every week)
