
Strategic HR Advisor

The primary objective of this role is to serve as a strategic advisor, partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational success. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the achievement of key business objectives.
This position requires a strong ability to understand and analyze complex business challenges, developing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. Your expertise in talent management, organizational design, and efficiency initiatives will be crucial in driving impactful HR strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing people strategies to address current and future business challenges;
- Developing and recommending various Compensation & Benefits initiatives to attract and retain top talent;
- Partnering closely with business leaders to identify ground-level risks and challenges and develop solutions to address them;
- Reviewing and analyzing departmental data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience;
- Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in HR, recommending and implementing improvements accordingly;
- Implementing and tracking communication plans within the defined area of responsibility;
- Coordinating the performance review and appraisal process, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee development;
Talent Management and Succession Planning:
- Developing and implementing talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees;
- Creating and executing succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and business sustainability;
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify critical roles and develop plans to mitigate talent risks;
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Regularly visiting various offices in the regions to interact with employees and gauge engagement levels;
- Working with business stakeholders to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives;
- Identifying employee needs and concerns through formal and informal channels and addressing them promptly;
Rewards and Recognition:
- Coordinating with HODs to design and execute monthly and quarterly rewards and recognition programs;
- Aligning project plans, communication, and related efforts with HR initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation;
Project Management:
- Leading and managing HR projects aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation;
- Defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
- Developing project plans and associated communications documents;
- Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success;
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will possess:
- A strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective;
- Ability to understand business strategy and its HR implications, demonstrating strong business judgment;
- Creative insight and practical HR solutions delivery to meet business challenges;
- Results-oriented with a superior ability to execute and creatively solve problems;
- Combined analytical and persuasion skills with the flexibility to work with all organizational levels, including senior management;
- Ability to analyze human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities;
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and project management skills;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills;
Education and Experience Requirements
You should hold:
- Postgraduate degree in HR/IR from a recognized management institute;
- At least 10 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced industry;
Organizational Context:
