Job Title: Junior Business Development ExecutiveWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our Kolkata location team. As a full-time role, this position requires 1 to 3 years of business development experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales efforts to expand our client base
- Negotiate deals with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Communicate effectively with clients to establish strong relationships
- Proven sales experience with the ability to identify potential markets and target clients (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent negotiation skills to create win-win scenarios (Mandatory skill)
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions effectively (Mandatory skill)
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Plan and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
