Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our Kolkata location team. As a full-time role, this position requires 1 to 3 years of business development experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales efforts to expand our client base
  • Negotiate deals with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Communicate effectively with clients to establish strong relationships
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to identify potential markets and target clients (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent negotiation skills to create win-win scenarios (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions effectively (Mandatory skill)
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Plan and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
