Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base in the interior design/real estate industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of sales and marketing, and a proven track record in business development.

Main Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the interior design industry.
• Work closely with the design, marketing, and project management teams to ensure seamless project handovers and delivery.
• Employ effective strategies to generate quality leads within the interior design market, identifying potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
• Proactively follow up on generated leads, engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services.
• Obtain client confirmation on design concepts and quotes, ensuring a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.
• Plan, propose, and execute the expansion of sales by identifying key areas for growth and implementing targeted sales strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Supervise and ensure the successful execution of projects on-site, collaborating closely with the project management and design teams.
