Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute market activation strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of dealers and channel partners to enhance coverage and sales.
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure availability of sales enablers and drive volume growth.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key customers and large fleet owners to drive business growth.
  • Review dealership performance regularly to assign targets and drive pipeline growth.
  • Ensure timely capture of prospects and contacts, and follow-up on sales leads.
  • Manage dealership financial health, collect receivables, and ensure timely payment of dealer claims.
  • Facilitate sales teams in concluding deals through value selling and customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma; Bachelor of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering
  • MBA- 3-8 yrs, BE - 6-10 yrs, Diploma - 8-12 yrs
