About the Role

This senior leadership position oversees the entire customer relationship for a specific business unit or line of business, ensuring effective relationships are maintained with customers. The role is accountable for driving revenue growth through new business opportunities and retaining existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual revenue targets for the assigned LOB or CBU by securing new wins and sustaining existing business, while meeting performance metrics.
  • Delight customers by building and maintaining strong relationships through regular interactions and reviews, ultimately achieving desired satisfaction ratings.
  • Manage key projects and address delivery challenges in collaboration with an offshore team, ensuring timely resolution and addressing onsite staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with customers' sourcing teams to obtain Work Order/SOW sign-offs and collect invoices in a timely manner, providing regular status updates and addressing compliance-related matters.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to fulfill onsite positions.
  • Implement talent management strategies, including upskilling and succession planning, to ensure employee development and retention.
  • Maintain attrition rates below the prescribed threshold and ensure onboarding processes meet required gross margin targets.
Education Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree (B.E) or equivalent in a relevant field.
  2. Possession of an MBA or other advanced degrees may be beneficial.
  3. Certifications in related fields are optional but desirable.
Minimum Experience Required
  1. Total experience: 15-18 years.
  2. Relevant experience: 5 years.
Domain/Functional Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant industry or vertical.
  • Ability to stay current with key developments in the business across industries.
