
Administrative Services Manager

Job Description:
- Manages front office and reception services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintains accurate records and reports, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing budget-friendly solutions.
- Coordinates the purchase of stationery and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Repairs and maintains branch infrastructure, including air conditioning, generators, and telephone lines.
- Processes vendor payments in a timely manner, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Ensures compliance with AMC's and contract copies are maintained at the branch.
- Coordinates travel arrangements and accommodations with the centralized travel desk.
- Manages space allocation and storage, optimizing branch efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a branch coordinator or administrator is preferred.
- Candidates without direct admin experience must demonstrate a strong understanding of administrative roles.
- Ineligible profiles include telecalling, customer care, sales, accounting, secretarial, and educational institution admin roles.
- Candidates should possess basic English language skills and be familiar with local languages.
