Job Title: Front Office Administrator

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office services, including reception, housekeeping, security, courier, and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, budgeting, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Procure stationery and ensure proper upkeep of branch infrastructure, including air conditioning, electrical systems, and telephone lines.
  • Coordinate vendor payments and maintain contract copies.
  • Organize travel arrangements and space management.
  • Provide HR support at the branch level.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative background or experience as a branch coordinator.
  • Basic understanding of English and local language proficiency.
  • No prior experience in telecalling, customer care, sales, accounting, secretarial, or educational administration roles.
