
Administrative Services Coordinator

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Manage front office services, including reception, housekeeping, security, courier, and vendor management.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, budgeting, and cost reduction strategies.
- Procure stationery and ensure proper upkeep of branch infrastructure, including air conditioning, electrical systems, and telephone lines.
- Coordinate vendor payments and maintain contract copies.
- Organize travel arrangements and space management.
- Provide HR support at the branch level.
- Strong administrative background or experience as a branch coordinator.
- Basic understanding of English and local language proficiency.
- No prior experience in telecalling, customer care, sales, accounting, secretarial, or educational administration roles.
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Administration and facilities department role.
Graduation from any institution is required. Candidates should be aware of their surroundings and have basic computer skills.
