Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient administrative procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising various administrative tasks, including staff performance management, inventory control, and facilities maintenance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Administrative Operations: Oversee daily administrative activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
    • Staff Performance Management: Evaluate and provide coaching to admin staff to optimize their efficiency.
    • Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and negotiate purchases within budget constraints.
    • Facilities Maintenance: Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.
Qualifications and Skillset:
  • Independence and Autonomy: Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Documentation and Communication: Excellent documentation skills using MS Office software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Time Management: Good time management skills, prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
