About this role:

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving ambitious Sales & Business Development Plans for Institutional Sales. Your goal is to aggressively reach out to projects and achieve sales targets.

  1. Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific Key Accounts.
  2. Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including Developers, PMC, contractors, Purchase teams.
  3. Handling Key accounts in all major verticals in B2B i.e. Developer, Institutional etc.
  4. Excellent customer service in the industry.
  5. Jointly owning Brand Building along with Reporting Manager and Marketing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate/MBA with 10-12 years of experience.
  • Familiar with similar product / Industry.
  • Proactive & self-starter
  • Good presentation Skills & influencing personality.
  • Exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers.
