Job Title: Business Development Manager - Dry Lamination Adhesives
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the growth and expansion strategies for the Dry Lamination Adhesives business. This role involves creating and implementing business development strategies, conducting market research, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing business development projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the Dry Lamination Adhesives business.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to completion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead generation, and sales strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, performance, and progress to senior management.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/B.Tech Chemical Engineering.
- 7 to 8 years of business development experience in Dry Lamination Adhesives.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market data and trends.
- Proficient in negotiating contracts and deals with clients and partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
