**Key Responsibilities**: Our Territory Sales Manager is a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Identification
  • Develop market penetration strategies for our products, targeting high-value segments and maximizing sales potential.
  • Build and maintain an extensive database of customers, dealers, and distributors to inform sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collect and analyze monthly market data from key dealers, including prices and trends.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of prospective Tinting Machines outlets, evaluating their creditworthiness and potential for success.
  • Gather industry insights on credit terms and inventory management best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize sales performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of Dealer Development Executives (DDEs), fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Present regular trade schemes and track performance using actionable dashboards.
  • Drive value volume and reach targets for the territory, aligning sales goals with broader business objectives.
  • Coordinate the booking, installation, and nurturing of Tinting Machines across the region.
  • Analyze and communicate key insights on trade schemes and on-ground promotions, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Oversee credit risk assessments, receivables, and inventory management, ensuring accurate financial tracking and informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate effective cross-functional relationships to ensure delivery of defined service levels, prioritizing exceptional customer experience.
